New Year's Eve- What to Plan for in 2016

"It is not death that a man should fear, but he should fear never beginning to live." - Marcus Aurelius
3 Things to Put on Top of Your Priority List for 2016
Hello everyone and Happy New Year's Eve (and Happy New Year if you are reading this in 2016 or beyond)!
The YIELD Mastermind Group is gearing up to kill the new year with goal-setting, accountability, support, workshops, and a whole lot more. If you are reading this and are not yet part of the group, you need to think about joining, no B.S.
There are 3 Things specifically that we at the YIELD Mastermind Group will be focusing on in the year 2016. Here they are!
1. Health, Vitality, and Lifestyle Adjustments
In this new year, we all NEED to make health, wellness, and vitality and lifestyle, and not just a fad or diet.
It makes sense that everything you do stems from your mind and body. Why is it that people think it's ok to put that last on their lists?
Think about it: where do great ideas come from? The mind. Where do great physical feats come from? And longevity? The body. So in order to make sure you operate at the highest possible level, you need to take care of this first and foremost in this upcoming year!
2. Be a "Yes Man" (Or Woman)
When it comes to being a Yes Man, you need to understand that this doesn't mean saying yes to every little thing. All that this implies is that one must take control of every opportunity that comes their way.
When your friends that you haven't seen in a while ask you to hang out, do it.
When someone asks you go play in a pickup basketball game, say yes!
This is critical to having a spectacular year.
3. Don't be mediocre
When it comes to being successful, whatever that word means to you, you cannot be mediocre at what you are striving towards.
Let me repeat that. YOU CANNOT BE MEDIOCRE AT WHAT YOU ARE STRIVING TOWARDS.
Think about all the people we want to emulate. Think about everyone that you look up to in terms of what you want to become in the future. Are those people mediocre? Are they average? My guess is no way!
Make this year your best
Let's take 2016 and make it our best and most productive year yet. I'm in. Who's with me?
