The 4 Things I Learned this Week and Why You Should Care
Happy week before Christmas everyone!
We love this season because it reminds us of the power of giving. It always feel much better to give than it does to receive.
And this is one of those things that is only realized through action. Until you actual give of yourself, you will always feel that it's better to receive than it is to give. So go out and GIVE!
That's why I posted this picture that I took in Lake Tahoe, because it always brings me joy, and I figured it would give you all joy as well :)
During this season of Christmas, remember to live in the present. When you aren't present, it can be really easy to forget about all the good things you have in your life.
During this season of Christmas, remember to live in the present. When you aren't present, it can be really easy to forget about all the good things you have in your life.
Take a look at your family, your girlfriend or boyfriend, your dog, your clothes, your bed for goodness sakes! We have things that others would view as a luxury- get out of your head and remember how good you really have it! Be present.
When it comes to your health, nothing could be more important. Taking care of yourself so that you have 100 percent to give at all times is critical in life.
Imagination not having 100 percent to devote to each and every moment of your life. Wouldn't that be shitty? Yes, it would. Make sure that you take care of yourself.
As our society and culture becomes more and more stagnant, there are less and less people with the ability to give your all. Don't be one of those people!
Lastly, remember that life is short. I don't mean this in a morbid way, I mean take advantage of each and every opportunity
When it comes to taking advantage of life, people are far too afraid to step out of their comfort zones and take what they want. That could be a job, a trip, a new workout routine, etc. Making sure you never lose that fire is a core component of a successful life.
If you can maintain you drive to have new and different experiences on a regular basis, you are more likely to be happy, healthy, and living a vibrant life!
Happy Holidays everyone! See you next week :)
